Pi Plus Management Team - Ellen Forster, Executive Director, BSc. Psychology and Brian Forster, President, BSc. Finance - Santa Clara University

Ellen was born and raised in the Everett area. She has recent experience as a part-time teacher's assistant after spending the previous 13 years focusing on raising 3 children (ages 14, 11 and 8). Ellen is active in the Mukilteo School District with many years of distinguished service with the local elementary and middle school PTA. Ellen views Pi Plus Tutors as a vehicle to serve the needs of Puget Sound area students - already in many cases underserved - and the need will only grow more apparent as state & local budget cuts become a reality.

Brian was raised in California and relocated to the area over 15 years ago. He is the product of the private school system and views the small group setting & individualized attention he received as critical to his academic success. Brian has over two decades of experience in sales, marketing and management within the service, financial and technology industries. He provides the business fundamentals and infrastructure required for Pi Plus to operate smoothly while executing its' mission to serve constituents at a high level.
