Our process for matching the best tutor to meet your educational requirements includes doing an assessment of your needs during the initial phone consultation. Based on this information we will send a suitable tutor immediately.

We know that saving time and spending it well is so important. Therefore, we continue the evaluation process in the first tutoring session. Before the first session begins, please have the following information available:

• Previously marked assignments
• Current or past report cards

Additionally, your tutor will bring an Evaluation and Goal Form which school teachers are asked to fill out. This asks teachers for additional feedback on the students' scholastic performance that will help us to be very specific in defining the problem(s). We do this because we know that fifty percent of problem solving is achieved by understanding what is happening.

Therefore, by attaining this clarity, we can then design the best tutoring solution(s) quickly. After doing this the student will set achievable goals with his or her tutor and then together they will monitor progress to make sure the student is successful.

Tutoring sessions are typically one to three times per week depending on your needs and are usually long-term. Short-term help, however, is also provided should you require it.
